How to choose

Core suits a site that needs a regular, focused check-in — one dedicated day a month, or 8 hours of remote oversight. Plus gives more time on site each month for wider-scope oversight and projects with more moving parts. Enhanced is built for ongoing, hands-on oversight — interim FM cover, multi-site programmes, or anywhere you want a dedicated point of contact between visits.

Every package is a rolling monthly retainer, reviewed every 3 months so the level of support can flex up or down as your site's needs change. Retainers can be applied to any of our five service areas: compliance audits, FM reviews, interim FM, school facilities support, and procurement & tenders.
